Grillo SpumanteThe concern starts in 2012 and is an idea of Baldassare Paladino, who wanted to recover the family old tradition of vine-dressers and give value to the architectural heritage of his beloved Sicily.
The Oasis, which is part of the natural protected areas of the Regional Plan of Parks and Reserves since 1991, was set up in 1998 and managed by Italy WWF Association.
Contiguous to the vineyards of Baglio Aimone are the small Karst lakes. The whole area is strategic for the peregrin birdlife and is Site of Community Importance.
